4 Creative Ways to Display Food Labels on Your Thanksgiving Buffet
Once your labels are cut out, here are four stylish ways to display them on your buffet table:
- Toothpick Food Picks: Tape or glue a wooden toothpick or bamboo skewer to the back of each circle label and insert them directly into dishes like pies, rolls, or casserole crusts.
- Mini Place Card Holders: Slot the round labels into wooden, brass, or pinecone place card holders next to each serving dish.
- Clothespin Placeholders: Clip the labels onto mini wooden clothespins attached to the rim of serving bowls or baskets.
- Ribbon Tie-Ons: Punch a small hole at the top of the tag and tie it around glass beverage dispensers or pitcher handles with jute twine or velvet ribbon.

How to Print and Assemble Your Food Labels
Putting together your Thanksgiving food tags takes less than 10 minutes. Follow these simple steps for the best results:
1.Download the High-Resolution PDF:
Click the download button at the bottom of this post to save the print-ready PDF file to your computer.
2.Print on Heavy White Cardstock:8.5×11 inch white cardstock recommended (65 lb to 80 lb).
Load white 8.5×11 inch cardstock into your home printer. Cardstock provides the stiffness needed to keep your labels upright throughout dinner.
3.Punch or Cut Out the Labels:
Use a 1 3/8 inch circle craft punch to cleanly punch out each label in seconds. Alternatively, you can easily cut around the circular outlines using craft scissors.
4.Personalize Your Blank Tags:
Use a fine-tip dark gel pen or calligraphy marker to write in any additional dishes or special dietary notices on the blank tags.
