NOT ONE-OF-A-KIND
Our pre-made designs are not one-of-a-kind designs, meaning we do not retire a design once it is sold. By purchasing a pre-made design you understand that you may come across another site on the web who is also using your same design.
SOLD “AS IS”
Our pre-made blog designs are sold “as is” meaning we will not alter the existing designs except to personalize them with your own header title and tag-line. If you love a design and want some things changed, you will need to pay a fee for each item you want altered. Please contact us for quotes.
ORDER REJECTION
We reserve the right to reject any order placed for a website that we feel contains objectionable or offensive material.
PAYMENT
Payment on all pre-made orders is due upfront via PayPal. Your order form will link you directly to our Paypal terminal for you to pay immediately upon placing your order. Payment must be made in full before will begin on your design.
TURNAROUND
All pre-made designs are installed within one week of paid order–however, if you add numerous add-ons it may take a little longer. A designer will be in touch with you within a few days of your paid order with a link to a preview of your design for you to review before installation.
WIDGETS
Although we have not lost any widgets (sidebar information) yet with our designs and don’t anticipate losing any in the future, we still strongly suggest you save a back up of your blog template before we install your design just in case something should happen. Designer Blogs is not responsible for anything lost due to your failure to backup your template.
COPYRIGHT
Please do not alter or use any of the images graphically created by Designer Blogs on anything outside of your site without our written permission. All design images are copyright Designer Blogs 2013.
MAINTENANCE
You are responsible for maintaining your site once the design has been installed. This includes adding content to pages and posts, updating plugins & themes, adding/removing gadgets/widgets, etc. We are blog designers–not blog maintainers.
REFUNDS
Due to the unique nature of blog design, Designer Blogs does not offer refunds on designs already begun. If we have not yet started on your pre-made design, we will gladly send a refund minus any PayPal checkout fees.
THEME SUPPORT (applicable to WordPress pre-mades only)
With our WordPress pre-made designs you are getting an unlicensed (free) copy of the Genesis Framework, which means that no framework support will be available to you by StudioPress. If you would like to be a licensed Genesis owner and have access to Genesis framework support, you will need to purchase your own individual copy of the Genesis Framework here: StudioPress Themes for WordPress. Please note that purchasing your own copy of the Genesis Framework does not entitle you to a discount on the pre-made design you purchase from Designer Blogs.
